Thomas M Sokol

 Thomas M. Sokol (62) of Torrington, CT. Passed away Friday April 8th 2016, surrounded by friends and loved ones. Born in Winsted Connecticut on December 6th, 1953 beloved son of Ethel Pennell of Harpswell, Maine. He is survived by his beloved wife Liezl Sokol of Torrington, a son Brian Sokol and his wife Kimberly Sokol and grandsons Justin, Matthew, and Gage all of Winsted Connecticut. His brothers Carlton Pennell Jr. Harpswell, Maine and Gary Pennell and his wife Sarahjane of Torrington, and several nieces and nephews.Tom was employed for many years at the Torrington Company. He enjoyed fishing, coin collecting and playing cards. The family would like to thank the many Doctors and Nurses at Charlotte Hungerford's ICU for all the hard work and dedication. A celebration of his life will be held April 15th 4 PM at Veneta Society 108 Central Ave in Torrington
