About six years ago I had the privilege of getting to know Rita while working at Emeritus, she was always so full of life and laughter. I had married and moved, and 4 years later, during a visit home, I stopped into Litchfeild Woods, and there was Rita, right in the lobby, smiling ear to ear and so happy to see my son, she adored him. We have since been back to visit, most recently last week, and as usual Rita made sure he received a lollipop from her drawer. My son hugged her, kissed her and sang her 'twinkle twinkle little star'. And as usual, she was smiling. She was an amazing women, and I'm so thankful my son and I were able to know her. I pray for all of your healing during this difficult time.

What a beautiful woman, Mrs. Mollica was. I am very sorry to read of your loss. With her accomplishments, her love and joys, she was an amazing woman! I won't pretend to know what you're going through, but what has helped me deal with the loss of those I love, is turning to the Scriptures, something that has been a real source of comfort. One Scripture that gives me hope is, John 11:25, which says, " Jesus said to her: “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who exercises faith in me, even though he dies, will come to life." I hope that this verse will also comfort you and, I hope you and your family can get through this difficult time.
