Janet E (Tucker) Little

 Janet E. Little, 86, of Torrington, CT passed away Monday, February 8th, at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital. She was the beloved wife of 63 years of Douglas G. Little Jr.
Janet was born in Torrington, CT on March 2, 1929, a daughter of the late Ruth (Butts)  and Orrin  Tucker.
She was a graduate of Waterbury Hospital School of Nursing and was employed as a RN at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital,  in the Maternity Department.  She also worked for Highland Acres and worked Private Duty.  She was a member of The United Congregational Church and a member of their Women's Club.
In addition to her husband,  she leaves two sons,  David J Little and wife Pamela of Torrington and Gregory S Little and wife Marcia of Southington,  and a daughter Beth Abramo of Torrington, 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren,  two nieces and a nephew.  She was predeceased by a daughter Deborah Parsons.
Funeral Services will be held at United Congregational Church 1622 Torringford St Torrington CT, at 11 AM on Saturday, February 13.  Burial will be in the Spring at Torringford Cemetery.  Friends may call at the Church prior to the service from 10-11 AM.  Memorial Contributions can be made to Book of Remembrance United Congregational Church 1622 Torringford St Torrington CT 06790
