Violet Paganini Obituary

 

Violet D. Paganini (Tuozzo) of Torrington, CT passed away Friday, March 6th at her home surrounded by her loving family.  She was the wife of the late Gino Paganini.  Violet was born in Torrington, the daughter of the late Rose (LaRocco) and Charles Tuozzo.  

Violet loved spending time with her family, visiting area nursing homes and planting flowers in her yard.  She is survived by  daughter Linda Paganini, her son Martin and his wife Linda, and daughter Mary Paganini.  She also leaves grandchildren Brian Paganini and his wife Lindsay, Kara Muth and her husband Mike, Lauren Spitz and her fiancé Jason Whipple,  Katherine and Rebecca Spitz, great grandchildren Tessa and Nicolas Paganini.  She also leaves a sister Mary Jablonski and sister in law Theresa Romaniello, several nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by sister Rose Gelormino and brothers Pasquale, Joseph, Richard, Paul and Charles Tuozzo.

Thank you to Vitas Hospice Care, Companions and Homemakers, and a heartfelt thanks to Agatha for her very special care.  

Funeral services will be held 11 AM on Wednesday, March 11th at St. John Paul the Great Parish Saint Peter Church in Torrington. There are no calling hours. Arrangements are entrusted to Phalen Funeral Home.
