Our beloved Tracey passed away surrounded by her loving family on August 17, 2024 Tracey fought a long, hard, courageous battle with a rare bile duct cancer. She fought her battle with great strength and determination, always concerned with her family. Tracey was born on a beautiful day on April 22, 1970 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Stamford, CT. Tracey was a wonderful, sweet soul. She had great devotion and love for her husband, her family, her friends. her beloved babies Thunder and Lightning. She was a dedicated employee and loved her job. Tracey worked for H. Muehlstein & Co / Ravago Americas for 31 years. She worked as a Business Systems Analyst.
Tracey is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and held a degree in Economics. Tracey is survived by her husband of 20 years, Daniel J. Payne of Torrington, CT, her parents Robert and Georgianne Latosh of Marlow, New Hampshire, her sister Barbara Latosh and her husband James Holcomb of Torrington, CT, and nieces and nephews, the Payne family, and her Aunt Julia and an extended family in Kentucky. We have been loved and blessed by all the wonderful years with our sweet Tracey.
Services will be held Friday August 23 at 7 PM at Phalen Funeral Home. friends may call prior to the service from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. The burial will be private.
