Theresa Mattola Obituary

Theresa “Terri” Mattola passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 10, 2020 at the age of 84. She was the wife of the late Gerard Mattola, who she loved very much. Terri was born in Torrington, CT on May 20, 1936, the daughter of the late Stephen and Estelle Pretak. After graduating from Torrington High School, she worked at Hartford National Bank. Terri was a caring and giving person always up for a good laugh. She loved her sports, especially the NY Yankees and NY Giants, and never missed a game. She was also always up for playing a card game. Terri is survived by her sister Charlotte (Pretak) Carroll and two brothers Robert and Thomas Pretak as well as many dear nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. She is pre-deceased by her brothers Steven and Frederick Pretak. She will be missed by all she touched. There will be no public services. online memorials www.phalenfuneral.com
