Susan (Reynolds) McKennon

Susan Reynolds McKennon, 75, of Torrington, Connecticut, passed away peacefully on October 5, 2025. She was born on May 18, 1950, in Torrington, the daughter of the late Joseph and Marcella Reynolds.
A 1968 graduate of Torrington High School, Susan moved to Texas in 1982, where she built a life surrounded by animals, wide open land, and the beauty of nature.
She ran a golden retriever camp and owned a ranch, reflecting her lifelong devotion to horses and animals of all kinds. Two weeks before her passing, Susan returned home to Torrington, where her journey began.
Susan is survived by her siblings Jay Reynolds and his wife Sharon, Ann Marie Reynolds, and Tom Reynolds and his wife Patricia; her dear friends Ashley, Mark, and Landon Adkins of Crosby, Texas, Amy Ellender of Crosby, Texas; and several nieces and nephews. Her beloved Boston Terrier, Buster, was her constant companion and true love.
