Shirley was a devoted wife for 65 years and was a life-long member of the former Calvary Baptist Church, now Northwest Hills Community Church. Shirley had a deep Christian faith and served in many capacities within the church. She was always lending a hand with meals, making items for outreach ministries and served on the women’s guild and as a deacon.  Shirley was the accountant for the family business, was a long term servant for the Salvation Army and made items for LARC Festival Of Trees.
