Sally Hanrahan, 84, of Litchfield, CT, passed away Saturday, June 20th, at Litchfield Woods, Torrington. She was the wife of the late Donald "Doc" Hanrahan

Sally was born in Waterbury, CT on July 2, 1935, a daughter of the late Lillian (Cummings) LaVigne and Bertrand LaVigne. She was a graduate of Litchfield High and St. Margaret Hospital for Pediatrics in Albany She was a long time Nurse at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital.
She was an animal lover and enjoyed bird watching and gardening and spending time with her favorite grandchildren.
She is survived by her daughter Susan Deering and husband Bill of Litchfield, grandson Alex Deering with Nicole Decker, and granddaughter Lily Toussaint and husband Joey. She also leaves a sister Barbara Peck and brother in law Walter French and was predeceased by sister Ruthie French.
