Rosemary (Conforti) Quinn

Rosemary Quinn, 94 years old, affectionately known as “Ma, Gramma, Gram or GG” of Torrington, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on February 3, 2025.
Rosemary was married for 53 years to Owen “Scotty” Quinn who predeceased her in 2004.
Rosemary was born on January 1, 1931, the last surviving child of Michael D. and Elizabeth Smith Conforti. She is predeceased by her sisters Phyllis Beyer, Goldie Danzieri, Betty Pallone and Patricia Masucci, and her brothers John, Michael and Robert Conforti.
Left to cherish her memory are her loving children Owen (Ellen) Quinn of Torrington, Rosemary (Daniel) Lovallo of Torrington and Bridget Fallon of Harwinton, CT and her grandchildren Megan and Maura Quinn, Sarah (Anthony) Brajevich, Michael (Alexandria) Lovallo, Brent Lovallo and Kelsey (Frederick) Krumeich, and Rachel Fallon, as well as four great grandchildren Anthony Brajevich IV, Giuliana and Nina Lovallo, and Owen Krumeich. Rosemary is also survived by sister-in-law Kathleen "Kitty" Kos and numerous nieces and nephews who all held a special place in her heart.
Rosemary is retired from McCann’s department store as a sales clerk, but her most cherished job was that of raising her three children being a caregiver for her 7 grandchildren. She was a communicant of St. Francis Church.
Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Phalen Funeral Home with the wake on Friday, February 7, 2025, from 9 AM to 10:30 AM and Mass at St. John Paul the Great Church at 11:00 am on 160 Main Street, Torrington, CT.
