Robyn (Rylander) Kozlak

Robyn Rylander Kozlak, 61, lovingly known as "Robbie", "Momma", or "Bie Bie", passed away unexpectedly in her sleep on Thursday October 17, 2024. Robyn, a lifelong resident of Torrington, predeceased by parents Robert Rylander, "The Pa", and Jeanette Rylander, "Nana", was an intelligent, strong, and devoted wife to Christopher Kozlak and mother to three daughters Elizabeth (Kozlak) Sullenger, Miranda Kozlak (predeceased), and Suzannah Kozlak respectively. Robbie always had a thirst for knowledge which she exercised through frequently acquiring new skills or getting lost in a good book. Most recently, Robyn would boast about gaining the title of "Grandmother" or "Bie Bie" to her first grandchild, Jackson Sullenger. 

Robyn always believed that "everything happens for a reason", but when in doubt, music is the best teacher. She surrounded herself with music from throughout the ages and even played the guitar with friends and family. She will be forever cherished and greatly missed by her remaining Kozlak, Rylander, and Peet family.
