Robert Petrovits

Robert "Flyer" Petrovits, 69 of Torrington passed away August 26, 2024 at Torrington Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation.  Born in Torrington August 30 1954 son of the late Frederick Dora Petrovits, he was a graduate of Torrington High School. He was an employee of the State of Connecticut Lottery Division before his retirement.  He was also an umpire for the Torrington Park and Rec Dept softball League for many years. He leaves his many friends at Torrington Rehab. Graveside services will be held Tuesday Sept 24, at 11 AM at New Saint Francis Cemetery in Torrington.
