Richard J. Pretak

 Richard J. Pretak, 64, of Torrington, CT, passed away Tuesday, October 11th, at Mid-State Medical Center, Meriden, He was the husband of Mary Ann Rybnikowicz Pretak

Richard was born in Torrngton, CT on October 19, 1957, a son of the late Rosemarie (Goodman) and Stephen Pretak,Jr. and was a graduate of OWTS Class of 1976.
He worked in woodworking and was recently employed by BJ's in Torrington.

In addition to his wife, he leaves three brothers, Stephen Pretak III and wife Diane, Mark Pretak and wife Lisa, and Thomas Pretak,  as well as a sister Gisele Torres and husband Armando, several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM on Saturday, October 22nd at Saint Francis Church in Torrington, CT.
