My condolences to the Cosgrove extended family. I was sorry to hear of the passing of Dick Cosgove.  I had many enjoyable experiences working with Dick when he was the City Planner and when he was the Manager at Lakeridge. Torrington was very lucky to have him as the City Planner and Public Works Director. He certainly will be missed!

Heart

Barbara and Douglas, we are so sorry to learn of your dad's passing.  We have fond memories from years ago when our families would spend time together.  Your father was such a great man and I know you will truly miss him.  I would think of him often when I would pass his house every day.  In fact we were just talking about him yesterday before we knew about his passing.  He is at peace and with your mom now.  Praying for all of you during this difficult time.

My condolences to the family.  Dick & Pat were good friends of my parents (Hodge & Millie Waldron) for many years and they had a lot of fun together.  Agood man is hard to find.  I shall miss this great man.
