I Richard W Beck Jr died peacefully with my family and good friends by my side on November 3rd. I was 57 years old and a survivor. I was blessed with two amazing kids Christopher and Stefanie, and a beautiful granddaughter Addie and my former wife Nancy. I was raised by my parents Richard W.Beck Sr.(deceased) and my mother Mary Beck. I had a sister Bonnie Beck who predeceased me. I also leave my sister Lynn Beck Sullivan and her husband Steve and all my nieces and nephews. Out of everything I did in my life nothing compares to being with my kids and good friends. I fought everyday to stay alive to be with them. No one could have asked for a better support group. I enjoyed the time I was able to spend with them. The Good, Bad, Sad and Hard. No matter where this next journey takes me I will forever carry them in my heart. Cancer doesn't care who it hurts it comes into your life uninvited and takes you apart one piece at a time. Soon you start to see your dreams slip away. In the end we all pull together and something amazing happens. Cancer loses it's strength and I WIN! We accept it and push forward, I hope to be remembered for my Strength, Laughter, Smile and Good cheer. To my kids I will always be with you and be apart of you.
