Raymond H Birden

Raymond H. Birden, 69, of Torrington, passed away April 26, 2024 at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital.  Born in Torrington November 13, 1954 son of the late Kenneth and Veronica LeFebvre Birden,  he was formerly employed by Birden Lumber Co and the Register Citizen.

He is survived by sisters Joyce Millard and husband Lee of Colebrook and Darlene Alfano and husband Lee of Ivoryton, and a brother John Birden and wife Debbie of Harwinton.  He was predeceased by a brother William Birden and sisters Nancy Rakyta and Loretta Roy.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday May 2 at Lourdes Shrine in Litchfield at 10 AM. Burial will follow at new Saint Francis Cemetery.  online memorials www.phalenfuneral.com
