Priscilla (Watson) Bruno

Priscilla Bruno, 92, of Torrington passed away Sept. 6, 2025 at Valerie Manor. She was the wife of the late Albino Bruno. A lifelong Torrington resident, her work experiences included Hayden Mfg Co. Timex, Friendly's, Jon-Marie Dress Shop, and WW Mertz. Co, where she ran the Girl Scouts Dept.. She shared her home to anyone in need, hosting meals and gatherings  and backyard picnics, and snacks and drinks poolside. .Her Christmas Dickins Village collection was admired  by all who saw it. She enjoyed classic films and movie star trivia, and was a swimmer and diver in her earlier years. Her mothering instinct was strong and continued as she became Nonna to her grandchildren, who adored her.

She leaves her children, Anita and husband James Friday, Lisa and husband Edward Nuzenski, and Thomas Bruno and wife Cindy, and grandchildren Maegan Adams, Emily Nuzenski, Allison Friday, Andrea Havens, Ashley Friday,  Tim Bruno and Kevin Bruno, and 10 great grandchildren.
