Peter Villanueva, 45, of Torrington passed away Feb. 3, 2026 at Hartford Hospital

A very talented soul, Peter left this life for a better one on 2/3/26. He received his Associates Degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology in Manhattan, NY. Peter could sculpt, draw or paint and his work revealed the beauty that lay deep in his being. Some of his best work was window designs that he did for Mexican and Chinese restaurants. His designs would last years as a result of his technique and the quality of the materials he used. His happy times were winning at Carnival Games and playing Pinball at his favorite spot, Barcade in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NY.

Peter was a loving son and is survived by his mother Catherine. He will be sorely missed. Friends can call Tuesday Feb. 17 at Phalen Funeral Home from 4:00 to 6:00 PM
