Paul G Haegert

Paul G. Haegert, 79, of Torrington passed away April 12, 2024, at Saint Mary's Hospital.  He was the husband of the late Mary (Federovitch) Haegert. Born in St. John New Brunswick Canada on January 17, 1945, son of the late Clarence and Ella Gedney Haegert, he served in the US Navy during the Vietnam War. He was the owner of Haegert Builders.  He was a member of the Foresters and Germania Clubs and a former Torrington Elks Lodge member.

He leaves two daughters, Mary and Elizabeth Haegert, granddaughter Tierney Haegert, and great-granddaughter Eliza'Azelea Aldana-Haegert.. He was predeceased by a sister in Ireland.

Funeral Services will be held Monday April 22 at Noon at Phalen Funeral Home. Burial will follow at new Saint Francis Cemetery. Friends may call before the service from 10-noon.
