Mildred A (Avampato) Yarocki

Mildred A Yarocki, 85, of Torrington, CT, passed away Thursday, November 22nd, at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital. She was the wife of the late George Yarocki.

Mildred was born in Torrington, CT on July 31, 1933, youngest child of the late Mildred (Hamilton) and Carl Avampato and worked at The Torrington Company and was a stay at home wife and mother.  After marrying George,  she worked as a secretary for G.L.Yarocki Co. She and George were active in the Indian Motorcycle World and loved the friends they  made along the way.  She was Secretary for The 101 Association.  Milli also loved crafts.  She was always creating something,  whether it was pottery,  jewelry,  macramé or other things.

She is survived by a son Mark Andrews and daughter Tracy Wuori and grandchildren Chea and Austin LaMedica , great grandsons Keegan Olsen and Peyton Bushell.  She also leaves sisters  Josephine DiMauro and Mary Grinvalsky and many nieces and nephews.
