Marsha K (Kugler) Deming

Marsha K Deming, 66 of Torrington, passed away peacefully on July 11, 2020, surrounded by her children. Marsha was born in Torrington, CT on December 29, 1953, a daughter of late Eleanor and George Kugler. She was a graduate of Torrington High School, Class of 1971. After high school, Marsha earned her license as a hairdresser where she practiced until she became a mother to her two children – Marsha loved being a mother!  She worked at Stars and as a health aid for RegalCare at Torrington  and had worked at Valerie Manor prior to that.
She was President of Woman’s Auxiliary at the Eagles Club FOE 974, for many years, where she spent time fundraising and supporting her community.

She is survived by her son, Clayton Deming and wife Kristen and grandson Dillon Jacques; her daughter Alison Stiefel and husband Jason and granddaughter Ella Stiefel; her brother Mark Kugler and partner Lynne Mucci; her Life Companion  Kenneth Bierce.
Marsha was lucky to have the most amazing group of great friends who supported her until the very end.  She loved Ocean Beach and was always traveling and on the go.  She had a heart of gold and put others first. Private Graveside Services are at the convenience of the family.
