Marie Recidivi

We sadly announce the passing of Marie Recidivi, 86, of Torrington. She was born in New York daughter of the late Joseph and Josephine Recidivi and grew up in Torrington. She worked at Thomaston Special Products for over 25 years, and was also a hostess at Dick's Restaurant and the Yankee Pedlar Inn. She was a member of the Legion of Mary and was very active at St. Peter Church. She enjoyed cooking, loved fashion, and could be found in front of the TV, watching the daily Mass.

Marie was predeceased by her brother Egidio Recidivi who passed away recently, and is survived by her sister-in-law Janet Recidivi, the Auriana, Croci, and Zukowski families as well as many cousins and friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Peter Church, Saint John Paul the Great Parish, 99 East Main St Torrington on Saturday May 24th at 9:00 AM.
