Kevin J Levesque Sr

Kevin J. Levesque Sr, entered into God’s kingdom on November 28, 2021 at age 61.

Kevin was born to Joseph E. Levesque and Carol Draper, on July 2nd, 1960 in Poughkeepsie, NY.

After graduating high school, Kevin moved to CT where he pursued his career in Autobody. He met his first wife, Barbara DeBisschop and had two sons, Kevin Levesque Jr. and Randy Levesque.

In 1986, Kevin met the love of his life and they married in September of 1991. They went onto have 2 children together, Joshua Levesque and Jordan Levesque.

Kevin loved spending time with his children and was an amazing dad. Kevin believed in God and raised his boys with the same Christian values he had. He loved attending church and played bass on the worship team for over 20 years.

Along with spending time with his wife and children, Kevin also loved to go to church, hunt, fish, shoot guns, ride his motorcycle and play golf with his sons, father and brothers.

Kevin was a someone everyone could turn to and he was always happy to help.

He was a jack of all trades and no matter what the problem he could fix it. His family always knew they could rely on him. He worked on everyone’s car for them. Not only did he fix the problem, but he would always detail their car afterwards. He always went above and beyond, putting time and dedication into everything he did.

Kevin is survived by: his father, Joseph Levesque of Torrington; His wife Lori Levesque of Torrington; His 3 sons, Kevin Levesque Jr. of Canaan, and his girlfriend Sam; His son Joshua Levesque of Torrington and his son Jordan Levesque and his wife Tarah Levesque of Torrington. He also leaves behind 2 granddaughters, Shailyn Levesque of Bantam and Skylar Levesque of Canaan; 2 brothers, Bob Levesque and his wife Janine Levesque and Joe Levesque and his wife Amanda Levesque. In addition he leaves behind 3 sisters, Sheree Gover of Hyde Park New York; Darla Wood of Mongaup Valley NY and Cindy Calway Levesque of Torrington, as well as several brother and sister in laws, nieces and nephews who loved him so much. Kevin was predeceased by his mother and his son Randy.

A remembrance service will be held On Saturday, December 11 at 1:00 p.m. at Grace Life Church on 485 Winsted Road in Torrington. There will be no calling hours.
