Obituary

Jeanne M Pelkey, 88, of Winsted, passed away August 11, 2023 at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital. Born in Winooski VT, Oct. 21 1934, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Cora Houle Campbell. She was employed by Turner and Seymour Mfg Co before her retirement. She was a member of the Winsted Senior Center and enjoyed their many trips.

She is survived by her daughter Sharon Lumpkin; son In Law Robert Lumpkin of Winsted CT., sons Glen Pelkey of Plainville CT, and John Pelkey, and fiance Sheila Riiska of Winsted Ct., grandsons Chris Pelkey of Boiling Springs SC, and Joshua Pelkey of Torrington CT, also Michael Lumpkin of Winsted CT, plus David Lumpkin of Broomall PA. as well as 7 great-grandchildren. She also leaves a brother Donald Campbell of New York. She was predeceased by a son, Duane Pelkey.
