Ingrid (Johnson) Pardus passed away January 3rd 2026, on her 91st birthday. Ingrid was a lifelong Torrington resident and graduate of Torrington High School. She worked for the Torrington Co. until her retirement. She was also an excellent pianist and loved to go duckpin bowling.

After her and her husband's retirements, they enjoyed many cruises around the globe, and traveled across the country as well. Besides Francis, her beloved husband of 71 years, she is survived by her daughters Jody (Brian) O'Connor, Robyn Kirsch, 5 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
