Henry John Kandefer, 74, of Torrington died at Regalcare of Torrington on June 25, 2020. He was born on August 31, 1945 in Goshen, Connecticut and was the son of the late Henry Kandefer and Dorothy Thebarge Kandefer of Goshen. Henry, often referred to as Hank by his friends, served in the Air Force and the Air National Guard. He was employed by SNET until he retired.He was predeceased by his brothers William and David Kandefer. He is survived by brothers Gary and Michael Kandefer both of Torrington. two children, Gregory Kandefer and Janice Kandefer Warren both of whom reside in North Carolina. He leaves behind four grandchildren: Melanie Kandefer, Kristen Kandefer, Branden Warren and Logan Warren.
