Gus A Beres

Gus A Beres, 89, of Torrington, CT passed away Thursday, May 10th, at Geer Memorial. He was the husband of the late Dina Montefeltri  Beres.

Gus was born in Torrington, on June 13, 1928, a son of the late Ruth (Geer) and Gustave Beres. He served in the U.S. Army as a Sgt. in the Korean War.

He was retired as an engineer from Pratt and Whitney

Gus is survived by a daughter, Donna Musler, of Torrington, and her sons Thomas and Donald, and a brother Kenneth Beres of Holland MA, several nieces and nephews

Graveside Services Hillside Cemetery Torrington, Friday May 18 at 11 AM. Friends may call from 10 AM at Phalen Funeral Home.
