Gregory Allen Tucker

Gregory Allen Tucker died July 29, 2020 unexpectedly at his home. Greg was born in Torrington CT on March 30,1961. He was the son of the late Carl Tucker and Marilyn Zavatkay Tucker also of Torrington CT.  Greg was well known in the home improvement industry in the Northwest Corner. He worked for many years at Grossman’s Lumber in Torrington CT and Chapman Lumber in Thomaston CT.  Greg truly cared for everyone. He was always willing to go the extra mile for his family, friends, and customers. Greg never missed an opportunity to share a friendly wave, a conversation on any topic or an opinion on events that was truly his own.
In addition to his mother Greg is survived by a son Allen Tucker of Morris CT. , a brother James Tucker and his wife Deborah of Winchester CT.,  niece Caitlin Tucker of Winchester CT., and
nephews Cory Tucker of Torrington CT and Tyler Tucker of Winchester CT.and William Henson of Torrington CT.,many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Greg was predeceased by his wife Arlene Kycia Tucker and her daughter Wendy Osowiecki, his father Carl Tucker, his brother Carl “Skip” Tucker and his nephew Justin Tucker. Funeral
