Ginette P (Provencher) Clement

Ginette (Ginny/Sam) P.  Clement, age 81, resident of Goshen, passed away on September 3, 2022, surrounded by family after a battle with Alzheimer’s Disease.  She was the beloved wife of Robert Clement for 62 years, devoted mother of Suzanne, Christopher, Johnathan, Dakota and William and doting grandmother to Annabelle, Genevieve and Judah.

Born on April 14, 1942, in Nicolette, Canada, she was the daughter of the late Ovide and Olyvette (LaCombe) Provencher. Growing up, winters were her favorite as she was always the first out in the snow and the last to come inside.  Her family moved to the U.S. when she was 8 and she met the love of her life, Robert, when she was only 14.  They were married in 1960 and Ginny served her husband and growing family faithfully until the day she passed away.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday Sept 10 at 10 AM at St. Thomas Church in Goshen.  Burial will follow at Goshen Center Cemetery.  Friends may call Friday from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Phalen Funeral Home in Torrington.
