Genevieve M Cilbrith

 

Devoted mother and grandmother, Genevieve M. Juliano Cilbrith,85, passed away peacefully at the Regal Healthcare Center of Torrington, Ct. on July 30, 2023. Genevieve was the daughter of Amato and Mary Juliano, both of Torrington. Genevieve will be remembered for her kind and self-sacrificing character, always putting other’s first. Genevieve was employed at Bradlees Department store and Valerie Manor. Upon her retirement, Genevieve enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, cooking, reading and bingo even being referred to as, “The Bingo Queen,” by her friends. Genevieve is survived by her sister Antoinette Vosburg. Genevieve is predeceased by her sister Ann Schenato and brother Amato Juliano Jr. Genevieve leaves behind her son Billy Cilbrith and daughters Debbie Vidal, Diane Marinelli, Doreen Cilbrith, Maryann Annicelli, her ten grandchildren, seven great grandchildren as well as nieces and nephews. Her family would like to thank the staff at Regal Healthcare for their tender and thoughtful care. Genevieve’s family gives a special thank you to her friend and care giver Ellie Consolini. A Memorial Service will be held at The Torrington First Assembly of God Church, 387 New Harwinton Road on August 10, 2023, at 10 AM, followed by a burial service at Hillside Cemetery, 76 Walnut Street in Torrington.
