Eunice (Prindle) Leone, 100, of West Hartford, passed away on June 22, 2023 at The Reservoir. She was the wife of late Ralph A. Leone of Torrington.
Eunice was born October 12, 1922, in Goshen, CT, the daughter of the late Carl and Myrtle (Robinson) Prindle. She lived in Torrington for many years and was the owner of Eunice Salon of Beauty, first located in the WW Mertz Company and later on Main Street in Torrington. She was a long-time member of Center Congregational Church, Torrington, where she was Sunday School teacher, Girl Scout Leader, and a member of the Prayer Shawl Ministry. She was an active member of the Torrington Quota Club and served on the city Beautification.

She is survived by two daughters: Marie Gosinski and husband Philip of Rochester, NH and Donna Mason and husband J. Christopher of West Hartford; three granddaughters: Sara
Ground of Rochester, NH, Tracy Helfrich and husband Charles of Colchester VT, and Nicole Doyle and husband Seamus of Bolton, CT; six great grandchildren who she loved dearly:
Greyson Ground, Reid and Jake Helfrich, Tiarnan, Lucy, and Adeline Doyle; and several nieces and nephews. We are so thankful and blessed for having so many years with Mom, Grammie, Great Grammie, aka Great Grammie Leone. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers, five sisters, and granddaughter Joy Gosinski.
Services will be held at the convenience of her family.
