Elvia Jadan, born on March 2, 1975, in Ecuador, passed away on March 6, 2026, in Torrington. She was a beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend whose kindness and warmth touched the lives of many.

Elvia was the loving wife of Luis Borja and a devoted mother to her children: Juan Carlos Quito, Blanca Borja, Anderson Borja, Jennifer Borja, and Jeremy Borja. She was also a proud and loving grandmother who cherished the time she spent with her grandchildren. Elvia was a deeply loved daughter of Aida Jadan and Guillermo Sicha. Her family was the center of her world, and she dedicated herself wholeheartedly to caring for and supporting them.

Known for her strong work ethic, Elvia was a hardworking, dedicated, and responsible woman who took pride in everything she did. She was always on the go, caring for her family and home with love and devotion. During the summer months, she especially enjoyed cooking and planting, finding joy in tending to her home and sharing meals with those she loved.

Elvia was well known and deeply loved within her community. She had a generous heart and was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Friendly, social, and easy to get along with, Elvia had a special gift for connecting with people. No matter where she went, she often left with a new friend, able to start a conversation with anyone and make them feel welcomed and valued.

Elvia will be remembered for her loving spirit, her kindness toward others, and the joy she brought to everyone around her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Though her passing leaves a deep void in the hearts of those who loved her, the love, strength, and kindness she shared will continue to live on through her children, grandchildren, and all whose lives she touched. Her family will forever carry her memory with them, honoring her by living with the same generosity, warmth, and love that she showed every day.

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

Elvia fue la amada esposa de Luis Borja y una madre dedicada a sus hijos: Juan Carlos Quito, Blanca Borja, Anderson Borja, Jennifer Borja y Jeremy Borja. También fue una orgullosa y amorosa abuela que atesoraba cada momento que pasaba con sus nietos. Fue una hija profundamente querida de su madre, Aida Jadan, y de Guillermo Sicha. Su familia era el centro de su mundo, y se dedicó por completo a cuidarlos y apoyarlos con todo su corazón.

Conocida por su fuerte ética de trabajo, Elvia fue una mujer muy trabajadora, dedicada y responsable que siempre se esforzaba por hacer todo lo mejor posible. Siempre estaba ocupada, cuidando de su familia y de su hogar con amor y dedicación. Durante los meses de verano, disfrutaba especialmente cocinar y sembrar plantas, encontrando alegría en cuidar su hogar y compartir comidas con las personas que amaba.

Elvia era muy conocida y profundamente querida dentro de su comunidad. Tenía un corazón generoso y siempre estaba dispuesta a ayudar a cualquiera que lo necesitara. Amigable, sociable y fácil de tratar, Elvia tenía un don especial para conectar con las personas. No importaba a dónde fuera, muchas veces regresaba con un nuevo amigo, ya que podía iniciar una conversación con cualquiera y hacer que se sintiera bienvenido y valorado.

Elvia será recordada por su espíritu amoroso, su bondad hacia los demás y la alegría que brindó a todos los que la rodeaban. Su recuerdo vivirá por siempre en los corazones de su familia, amigos y de todos los que tuvieron el privilegio de conocerla.

Aunque su partida deja un gran vacío en los corazones de quienes la amaron, el amor, la fortaleza y la bondad que compartió seguirán viviendo a través de sus hijos, sus nietos y de todos aquellos cuyas vidas tocó. Su familia siempre llevará su recuerdo en el corazón, honrando su vida viviendo con la misma generosidad, calidez y amor que ella demostró cada día.
