Douglas S Oakley of Nathalie VA formerly of Torrington CT, passed away on 7-7-2023. Doug was predeceased by both his parents Richard and Marie Oakley Jr. He is survived by his siblings Richard, Keith, Marc and sister Maria Norton and their significant others. As well as nephews a niece, aunts, and many cousins. No services are planned at this time.
