Dillon Brian Klies, 29, of Torrington, was born in Waterbury, Connecticut to  Kelli (Kulinski) Klies and the late Richard Paul Klies.

Dillon never missed the opportunity to spend time with his family. His love for his family was strong and never-ending. He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Paul Klies, whom he loved dearly. Dillon leaves behind three daughters, Jenna Klies of Harwinton, Amara Klies and Alexandria Klies; son, Dillon Klies Jr., all of Torrington; step-daughter, Nicona; five brothers, Richard “Rocky” Klies, Paul Klies, Shane Klies and wife Candice Klies, Joshua Klies, Robert Klies; sister, Brianna Klies; grandparents Peter Kulinski and pre-deceased by Jeannette Kulinski; late grandparents Walter V. Klies Sr. and Winifred Klies. Dillon leaves behind two nephews. 

Dillon enjoyed spending his time weight lifting and being around his children. He had a passion for teaching people how to weight lift. He had many friends and was beloved by all. 

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday Jan 25 at 11 Am at Saint Peter Church in Torrington.  Burial will follow at Saint Peter Cemetery.   Friends may call Monday from 5-7 PM at Phalen Funeral Home.   Face masks are requested.   www.phalenfuneral.com
