Diane was born in , Wisconsin on June 17, 1943, a daughter of the late Ruth and Jack Allen. She had been employed by Libby's and Consumers in Torrington.
She is survived by her son, Timothy Jacquemin and wife Debbie of Torrington and a daughter Heather Collins and husband Brian of NY, 3 grandchildren, Melody, Christopher, and Jessica and 4 great grandchildren, MacKenzie, Christopher, Rylee, and Thailyr.
