Daniel Thomas Spinelli

Daniel Thomas Spinelli, 37, of Torrington, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, October 27th. Dan was born in Hartford, CT on November 19, 1982, son of Cynthia (Paul) and Thomas F Spinelli.  He was a graduate of Bristol Eastern High and The University of Connecticut Class of 2004.  He worked in the Group Benefits Department at The Hartford Insurance Company.  Prior to joining The Hartford, he worked at the Country Club of Farmington. He was a member of the Wintonbury Hills Men’s Golf Association and served on its board as the Handicap Chairman.  He was an avid sports fan, especially for the New York Yankees and UConn Huskies. He really enjoyed watching golf with a Tiger! 

In addition to his parents of Torrington, he leaves a brother Rick O'Keefe, wife Taylor and their daughters, Molly and Avery of Southington, a sister Jessica Martin, husband Jesse and their son Dexter of Torrington. Dan was their favorite uncle, as well as an uncle to children of his very close buds.

A Memorial Service will be held at the Wintonbury Hills Golf Course on Saturday, November 7th at 11 am, face masks are required.
