Christina (Giramonti) Delmonte

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Christina Delmonte on April 26, 2023.  Born on November 12, 1969, Christina lived a vibrant and inspiring life.  With her loving personality and unwavering compassion, she touched the lives of everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.  Christina was a devoted wife to her husband, Raymond Delmonte, with whom she shared many beautiful years. her love and care extended to her son, Michael J. Dagonini, Jr., stepdaughter Shalyn Delmonte, and stepson Devon Delmonte, father David Giramonti and mother Kathryn McLeod and stepfather Glenn McLeod, also several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Christina's dedication to helping others was exemplified in her professional career at Charlotte Hungerford hospital for 20 years as a Registered Nurse.  She graduated from the University of Connecticut in Storrs in 2015 with a MSN.  Throughout her career she demonstrated a fierce commitment to providing care and comfort to those in need.  Known for her loving, caring, and fun personality, Christina was a beacon of light and her enthusiasm for life was infectious. She had a unique talent for making everyone feel at ease in her presence. Christina's memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved and cherished her. The family would like to thank HHC Hospice, her aid and nurses for their care and support.
