Beverly A (Achee) Neski

Beverly A. Neski (Achee), of Harwinton, passed away peacefully on May 3, 2024. She was 102 years old. Beverly was born in New Orleans, Louisiana on February 10, 1922 to parents Amedeo Achee and Laura B. Ledet. The family moved to Gulfport, Mississippi, where Beverly attended and graduated from Gulfport High School.
During World War II, Beverly worked driving a truck at Keisler Airfield, where she met her future husband, Raymond. The two eventually moved to Harwinton, Connecticut and welcomed children
Ronald, Gerald, Kathleen and Mark. After the war ended, Beverly worked for 30 years at Southern New
England Telephone. Beverly was the last survivor of ten children. She is survived by her sons Gerald and Mark as well as her seven grandchildren, Matthew, Laura, Sarah, Elliot, Arwen, Maya and Isaiah. She was predeceased by her husband, Raymond, her son, Ronald, and her daughter, Kathleen.
