Ann (Fitzgerald) Juan

Ann Fitzgerald Juan – of Torrington passed away Tuesday January 21st, 2020 at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren by her side.

Ann, as most know as Dolly, was born in Waterbury June 26th, 1941 to her late parents, Thomas and Elizabeth (Clancy) Fitzgerald. Dolly is the late wife of Frank J. Juan Jr., who passed away in 2008.  She leaves behind her daughter Ramona Juan & Her Finance’ Jerry Smulski of Torrington. Her two sons, Frank Juan and late wife Amy L. Juan of Torrington.  Michael Juan Sr. and Carrie Desrosiers of Torrington.  Her grandchildren, Mark Eisenlohr of Torrington, Dennis August III of Torrington, Alicia Juan of Torrington, Rhiannon Juan of Waterbury, Michael (Bud) Juan of Torrington, Chris Juan of Torrington, and Angel Juan of Torrington.  In addition to her grandchildren she leaves behind four great grandchildren. Jayden Roman, Faith Ann Spring, Maximus and Xzander Torres – Santiago.

Dolly also leaves behind her siblings.  Edward Fitzgerald of Waterbury, Elizabeth Shugrue of Waterbury, Mary Fasano of Terryville and Catherine Grozik of Northfield.  She also has two late brothers John and Thomas Fitzgerald.

Dolly worked most of her life, but always held her family close to her heart.   All who met her loved her. She could make you smile when you were sad and would make you laugh when you wanted to cry. An amazing lady who will always remain near and dear to our hearts. 

Arrangements will be held Friday  January 24th at Phalen Funeral Home 285 Migeon Avenue Torrington, Ct. between the hours of  5 pm – 7pm.
