Ann (Novajosky) DiMauro

Ann Novajosky DiMauro of Hawinton passed away peacefully in her home on June 4th surrounded by the love of her family.

Ann was born June 30th, 1933 to Thomas and Anna Novajosky. She was predeceased by Samuel, her beloved husband of 54 years. Ann was a devoted member of her church, Immaculate Heart of Mary.

Her passion for knitting allowed her to create countless items for her loved ones, her community, and those in need. Ann enjoyed her home with her beautiful yard, many gardens, and her sweet dog Abbey. Above all, Ann cherished the time spent with her family, creating memories that will be treasured forever.

Ann will be dearly missed by her five children, Nancy, Samuel, Thomas, Robert and AnnMary and their families along with her 14 grandchildren: Jacqueline, Allison, Nicole, Melissa, JohnPaul, Tommie, Jadie, Robert, Brittany, Brooke, Bayleigh, Samantha, Hope and Evan, and 8 great-grandchildren. She is survived by her sisters Lucille, Eileen and Thelma, and their children, and many other loving relatives and friends.

Calling hours will be from 5:00-7:00 at Phalen Funeral Home in Torrington on Friday, June 7th. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday June 8th, at 10:30 AM in Harwinton at Immaculate Heart of Mary.www.phalenfuneral.com
