Amy (Kelley) Norton

Amy Knight Kelley Norton died on August 8, 2024.  She was born in Rocky Hill, CT in 1935.  She was one of six children born to Stanley and Amy Kelley.  She was a child when her mother died and the children were separated.  Having grown up in an orphanage and foster care, Mom made family her life's work.  She was the consummate mom, grandma, great grandma, sister, aunt, auntie and friend. She embraced lifelong friends as family.  Her generosity and caring was boundless. It was as a young woman (with the help of Graham), that she  sought out her lost siblings and they became a close knit family once again. By that time she had met the love of her life, Graham Norton (predeceased).  Together, they  created a fairy tail life of love, family and friends.                    
Mom is survived by her three children.  Lyle and Amy Norton of Bervely MA and  their children:  Lyla, Marley, Olivia, and Graham.  Susan Norton of  Collinsville CT and her children.  Nicholas, (Mary), Amy, and Austin, (Ashley). Kelley and Brian Lascko of Torrington CT.  She was great grandma to  Lennon, Aiden, and Graham Ouellette.  She was blessed with many, much loved, nieces and nephews with whom she shared treasured relationships.
