Wayne Allen Rae, Sr, 67, of Torrington died Oct 4 2018. He was the husband of Carol Wilder Rae. Born in Southington Dec. 30, 1950 son of the late David and Margaret Doty Rae, he served in the Army during Vietnam. He had been employed by Brunswick Corp. in Torrington. In addition to his wife he leaves sons Jessie and Wayne Jr, and brothers David and Dennis, as well as sister Loretta Marcella and husband Dan and Peggy Schmitt, and was predeceased by a sister Marlene Conrad.

Graveside Military Services are scheduled for Saturday Oct 20 at 10 AM at Hillside Cemetery in Torrington.
