Thomas W Sullivan

Thomas W. Sullivan (Sully) passed on to his Eternal Home on July 20, 2019 surrounded by his loving wife and close family and friends.  Tom lost his long battle with ALS.
Tom was born in Torrington August 13, 1953 son of the late Thomas F. "Bud" Sullivan and Grace (Osterhout) Sullivan.  He was a  graduate of Torrington High Class of 1971,  Boston College,  and The University of Bridgeport with a Masters Degree.
Tom's career included King's Department Stores,  Tire Broker's Inc.  various school districts and Tom and Judie Real Estate.  He was a long time Red Sox and Patriots fan.  He was a 3-sport athletic star in High School and was elected to the Torrington High School Athletic Hall of Fame.
Besides his loving and dedicated wife,  Judie (Therrien) Sullivan,  he leaves two step-children;  Robert Jones and his wife Chontelle Layne Jones of Oshkosh Wisconsin and Rhonda Rutkowski of Waterbury.
Family and friends will gather Tuesday July 30 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at Phalen Funeral Home in Torrington.  Memorial Contributions can be made to the ALS Assoc of CT 4 Oxford Rd  E. Milford, CT 06460.
