Susan Emelia (Anderson) Sarosky

 Susan Anderson Sarosky, 79, of Harwinton, CT, passed away  Friday, October 25th, at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital with her family by her side.  She was the wife of Michael  F.Sarosky.

Susan was born in Bridgeport, CT on November 9, 1939, a daughter of the late Eleanor (Marshall) and Walter  Anderson.  She was a graduate of Warren Harding High School Class of 1958 and attended Stamford Hospital School of Nursing.  She was employed by Kanthal Corp. as senior buyer for 10 years and then worked as head of purchasing for 15 years at Prestone/Honeywell in Danbury.
She loved her family and friends, and dogs,  and enjoyed sewing,  sailing, and was an amazing cook.  She was kindhearted and always had a smile on her face.
In addition to her husband she leaves a son Michael Culligan and wife  Deidre S. Galbo,  daughter Jennifer J. Magin and husband William,  and grandchildren Michael D.,  Seamus and Ronan Culligan  William S. Magin and wife Siohban,  Elizabeth J. Lappin and husband Patrick,  and Jeffrey A. Magin.  She also leaves a great granddaughter Grace E. Lappin.
In addition to her parents,  she was predeceased by a sister Jean Anderson.
