Ruth (Sarto) Marquis

 Ruth Sarto Marquis, 87, of Torrington, CT, passed away Saturday, November 30th 2019.  She was the loving wife of Joseph Roland Marquis for 68 years.

Ruth was born in Torrington, on July 29, 1932, a daughter of the late Mary Shulzieski  and Anthony  Sarto.
In addition to her husband,  she leaves two daughters,  Denise Arbucci and Cheryl St. Pierre  and two beautiful great granddaughters Lindsey St.Pierre and Ashley St.Pierre whom she loved dearly. She was predeceased by a brother Anthony "Sonny" Sarto and grandson Justin St.Pierre whom she loved with all her heart.

Funeral Services will be held Wed. Dec 18th at  11 AM at Phalen Funeral Home with burial following at St. Peter Cemetery.  Friends may call prior to the service from 10-11 AM.  www.phalenfuneral.com
