Lois (Pustinger) Schroeder

 Lois Schroeder, 95, of  Torrington, CT, and Sebring FL passed away peacefullyThursday Morning July 11, 2019.  She was the wife of the late Howard W. Schroeder.

Lois was born in Torrington, CT on October 20, 1923, daughter of the late John and Lois Pustinger.  She is survived by her children,  Howard and wife Diane,  Susan Ward and husband Rodney,  Edward and wife Cynthia,  and Alan and wife Debra.  She also leaves six grandchildren,  Christopher and wife Jessica,  Michelle,  Maghan Kovall and husband Jon,  Michael and wife Erica,  Kevin and Taylor and husband Matthew,  numerous great grandchildren and one gr gr grandchild, along with several nieces and nephews.  Lois is survived by her loving sister Joyce Mow and family of Tulsa OK.  She was predeceased by sisters Margaret and Grace.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Churches of Torrington and Sebring and was active in the choirs and women's clubs.  She was former president of the Sebring Lions Club and in her spare time enjoyed playing bingo,  crocheting,  knitting,  and cross stitching items to donate to Veterans Organizations.  She will be sorely missed by family and friends.
