Frieda May (Huxley) Prescott

Frieda May Huxley Stumpf Prescott, 85, of Terryville, CT, passed away Monday, March 27th, at home. She was the wife of Grover Prescott.

Frieda was born in Monroe, on June 18, 1931, a daughter of the late Gertrude (Hallock) and Robert Huxley

She had worked at Seitz Corp in Torrington, Gilbert Clock, and was also a CNA.

She leaves behind her husband Grover Prescott of Terryville, a son Robert Stumpf and wife Mitzi of Torrington and daughter Lori Glover and husband Wayne of Terryville, 9 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, and 2 very special grandogs, and a very special love for great grandson Nicholas Wilkins--she will always be his "Ooh-Hoo".

She was predeceased by a daughter Linda Poniatoski, son Paul Strumpf, sisters Doris Couse and Alice Robinette, and brothers Thomas, Arthur, Walter, Albert, and Eugene Huxley
