Deborah Louise Morrissette, 64, of Goshen, CT, passed away, Thursday, December 12th, at Regal Health Center, Torrington.

Deborah was born in Garfield, NJ on February 6, 1955, a daughter of the late Claire (Kollar) and Louis Herman. She had worked as a CNA.

She is survived by her daughter Michele Winegar with Jeremy Mack, grandchildren Jocelyn Belmonte, Kaden Mack, and Kenzye Winegar, and great granddaughter Emma Lynch. She also leaves a sister Carol Ann Routhier and brother Joseph Herman. She was predeceased by brothers Michael F. and John P. Herman.
Graveside Services at Torringford Cemetery will be held in the Spring.
