Danielle Dubois

Danielle Dubois, 36, of Torrington, CT, died Wednesday, April 24th.  She was the daughter of Ronald Dubois and the late Doris Dubois.  She is survived by her three sons, Aydyn Hood-Dubois, Sean Weske, and Spencer Young, and brothers Ryan and Richard Dubois.  Danielle passed away while doing the two things she most loved-spending time watching one of her beloved sons enjoy life playing baseball, and spending time with her life partner, Christopher Massey.

Danielle was known to all as someone who could always be counted on for help, and as someone who could make you smile with her infectious laugh.  Danielle’s heart was as big as her laugh, and she was forever finding ways to help everyone around her.  She was constantly on the go as a loving mother who was taking her sons to their numerous activities, but she always made time for anyone in need.  Danielle was a creative person who was constantly taking photographs of nature, her adopted dog and her boys.

In the last few years of her life, Danielle found her perfect match in Christopher Massey, someone who’s zest for life matched hers, and who was a wonderful presence in the lives of her three sons.

Calling hours will be held at the Phalen Funeral Home, 285 Migeon Avenue, Torrington, CT 06790 on Saturday, May 4th from 1-4pm.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to investment accounts that have been established for Danielle’s three boys.  Checks can be made out to American Funds and mailed to Ron Dubois PO Box 65, Plymouth, CT, 06782.
