Charlotte (Horton) Hebert

Charlotte Hebert, 85, of Torrington, CT, passed away Tuesday, April 17th, at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital. She was the wife of the late Paul A. Hebert.

Charlotte was born in New Hartford, on July 13, 1932, a daughter of the late Alice (Clark) and Benjamin Horton. She Housekeeping Supervisor for a Hotel in Lake Placid prior to her retirement. She loved to cook and be with family.

She is survived by sons, Arthur Hebert and wife Caroline of South Meriden, and Benjamin Hebert and wife Debbie of Torrington, and Steve Hebert with David Pudvah of Vermont, and daughter Diane Blake with Ben Kirkland of Wethersfield. She also leaves a fiance, Lou Capra of Torrington, as well as sisters Patricia Chapman, Dorothy Farina, and Jackie Horton, 9 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 1 gr gr grandchild. She was predeceased by a son Paul A Hebert Jr.

Services will be held 11:30 AM on Monday, April 23rd at Phalen Funeral Home in Torrington, with burial following at New Saint Francis Cemetery. Friends may call prior to the service from 10-11:30.
